Welcome to Anchor Deep. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our site or placing a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We value transparency, trust, and intention. Please read these Terms carefully.

1. About Anchor Deep

Anchor Deep is a relationship-centred journaling brand offering thoughtfully designed products that may be released in limited or pre-production phases.

Some products, including the Elite Wife Becoming Journal, are made available through $1 early access reservations prior to mass production.

2. Eligibility

By using this website or placing a reservation, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or

  • You are using this site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Reservations & Pre-Production Products

Certain products offered on our site are not immediately available for delivery and are instead offered through a reservation model.

By placing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are reserving early access to a product currently in its pre-production phase

  • A reservation is not a completed sale but it secures you the $36 Kick-starter price.

  • Production will proceed after funding and manufacturing preparations are finalised

Full details regarding reservations are outlined in our Reservation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Reservation Fees

  • A reservation fee may be required to secure early access to certain products.

  • This fee confirms your place in the first production run and grants founding supporter status.

  • The reservation fee does not represent the full purchase price of the product.

5. Remaining Balance & Payment Process

  • The remaining balance for a reserved product will be requested once we move into production and prepare the first mass order.

  • Remaining payments for pre-production products may be completed through our Kickstarter campaign or another clearly communicated payment method.

  • You will not be charged any additional amount without notice.

  • Clear instructions and next steps will be provided before any further payment is requested.

6. Email Updates & Communication

By reserving a product, you agree to receive email updates essential to the reservation and production process. These updates may include information about production phases, Kickstarter launch details, payment instructions, delivery timelines, and fulfilment status.

You may unsubscribe from general marketing emails at any time. However, reservation-related communications will continue until the reservation is completed, cancelled, or fulfilled, as they are necessary to deliver the service you have requested.

7. Pricing & Availability

  • Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • Retail prices may change after the founding supporter phase.

  • Early access or founding supporter pricing is limited and may not be available in future releases.

8. Delivery & Fulfilment

  • Delivery timelines for pre-production products will be shared after production begins.

  • Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but may change due to manufacturing, shipping, or logistical factors.

  • Founding supporters will receive priority fulfilment once shipping commences.

9. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes

  • Reservation fees are intended to support early planning and production preparation.

  • If there are significant changes to the project or if production cannot proceed as planned, we commit to communicating openly with reserving supporters.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be handled fairly and in accordance with payment processor policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, designs, journals, prompts, graphics, and branding — is the intellectual property of Anchor Deep and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Anchor Deep shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in a reservation.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Anchor Deep.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or operations. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
